At Luna Luxe, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return or replacement, please contact our support team with your order details and clear photos of the product.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
